to provide an exceptional quality service to our clients
in the field of conveyancing and related manners.
HISTORY
The firm was established on the 1st of March 1988 by
Willie Saayman. The original offices were situated in
the Medical Centre in Burger Street, Pretoria North.
The staff complement consisted of Mr. Willie Saayman,
a typist (who doubled as a receptionist) and one messenger.
In 1991, the offices moved to 249 Burger
Street, Pretoria North and after the office space once
again became inadequate for the requirements, an imposing
building was erected.
At the end of 2009, the office again
moved to our present location at 85 Marjoram Street,
Wonderboom.
At present there is a staff complement
of 31, comprising 5 attorneys, 11 conveyancing typists
(6 bond registration typists and 6 transfer registration
typists) 9 messengers/filing clerks, 2 receptionists,
1 bookkeeper and an office manager.
